These Terms of Submitting Content describe the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) of Wedmayhem.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting photographs and videos to us, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://wedmayhem.com/privacy-policy/). If you do not agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, please do not submit any Photographs or Videos.

We are in the business of creating content (video, blogs, reels, posts) on our web-site wedmayhem.com and the our social media pages, including but not limited to, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Instagram, that provide advice to brides, grooms, wedding guests, and wedding vendors. We also create a series of content that feature real weddings, engagements, styled shoots featuring photographs and videos. 

Vendors

As a Vendor you acknowledge that we do not endorse you or your products or services. We are in no way responsible for assisting you in reaching an agreement with your clients.

We ask you, the companies, individuals, and other third parties that offer wedding related services, collectively Vendors,  to submit photographs and videos of your client weddings. It is intended that the photographs and videos you submit will be posted on our web-site and our social media pages, as determined by us.

If you are agreeing to the Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to the Terms and, in such event, “you” and “your” refer to that company or other entity.

Content Submitted by Vendor

Any photographs and videos submitted to us by you through any means is “Submitted Content.”

By submitting content to us, you expressly represent and warrant the following:

1. you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Submitted Content, ii) you are the legitimate and rightful grantee of royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive commercial license to use, display, distribute and reproduce such submitted Content and to grant the rights granted herein,
2. The Submitted Content is accurate and not misleading,
3. Our use and posting of the Submitted Content does not violate these Terms of Use and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity
4. You grant us, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant to us, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, license to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such Submitted Content for any purpose and in any format on or in connection with the afore mentioned services provided by us on our web-site and our social media pages.
5. You acknowledge that we may generate revenue from the photographs and videos, including allowing advertising through our web-site and social media pages. You release all claims to profits and royalties that may arise from the permitted use of such photographs and videos.
6. You acknowledge that it is at our discretion what submitted content we publish at our web-site or our social media pages. We may not approve or publish all submitted content.

“AS SEEN ON WEDMAYHEM.COM” Badge

If your submitted content, or part thereof, is approved for publishing at our web-site or social media pages, you may provide with a URL to the badge that says “AS SEEN ON WEDMAYHEM.COM” that you can display or embed in your web-site or any social media page. The graphics, colors, looks, and feel of the badge is at our sole discretion and may change from time to time. The badge contains wedmayhem.com proprietary logo and you agree to use the badge as it is and not to change its graphics, colors, looks, and feel.

Credit and Back Links to Your Site

If your submitted content, or part thereof, is approved for publishing at our web-site, to credit your work and to allow our readers and users to reach you, we may ask you to provide us with the legal name of your business (or DBA) and the URL to your web-site or social media page that would link your web-site or page from our web-site. You agree to provide us an accurate information and inform us if that information changes or gets updated in any way. If you do not have a URL of your web-site or social media page, we may credit your work to your name or business name only.

Due to limited space available when publishing content on social media pages, we may not always be able to provide back links to your web-site or social pages when we publish your works on our social media pages. In such cases, we may limit the credits to your name, business name, or DBA.

We are not liable for clerical or technical errors or omissions in credits attributed to you, or back links to your web-site or social media pages, on our web-site or our social media pages, even in the cases it is due to our negligence. You must notify us if you find such errors or omissions so they can be rectified within reasonable amount of time.
